In addition to the handling of the first-party property claims, we have also handled thousands of complex and represented claims, including those in litigation. We have been able to do so in a technically sound and customer-centric manner, successfully maintaining the relationship between insurer and policyholder. Our mission has always been to work very closely with our client liaisons to master the process and deliver results that meet or exceed the carriers’ own handling metrics. We do this through quality recruiting, ongoing training for our management team, and closely monitoring metrics for success.
